Apple is preparing to launch a new generation of AirPods Pro, and it looks like it will be a major upgrade. The new earbuds are expected to launch in early 2025, and the main change is a refreshed design.
The headphones will get a new case, which will be more minimalistic. The usual settings button will disappear, and a touch button will appear instead, which will make it not only more convenient, but also more elegant.
There will also be a new charge indicator – it will be hidden and will only light up when the case is opened or charged, adding a premium effect.
But the most interesting changes await users at the health level. The new AirPods Pro may feature sensors for measuring body temperature through the ear canal and monitoring heart rate. If these features are actually implemented, the headphones will become more than just an accessory for music.

Technical improvements won’t be left out either. The new H3 chip will boost performance, improving the quality of active noise cancellation and sound. The new headphones are expected to retain popular features such as personalized spatial audio and adaptive sound that adjusts to your surroundings.
Apparently, the new product will cost about $249, like the previous model. For such improvements, Mark believes, the price looks quite justified.
